Welcome to MoneyBhai, Pakistan's premier earning platform. By accessing or using our service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Account Registration & Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Pakistan to create an account and use our services.
- Each user is permitted only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in immediate and permanent suspension.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and verifiable information during registration.
- A one-time registration fee is required to activate your earning account and access our platform features.
- By registering, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. User Responsibilities
As a MoneyBhai user, you agree to:
- Complete all tasks honestly, accurately, and according to the provided instructions
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials at all times
- Use the platform in compliance with all applicable Pakistani laws and regulations
- Not engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activities
- Respect the intellectual property rights of all third-party task providers
Prohibited Activities: Use of automated bots or scripts, creating multiple accounts, cheating on tasks, providing false information, using VPNs/proxies to mask location, or any activity that violates platform integrity or Pakistani law.
3. Earnings & Withdrawals
- Earnings are credited to your account upon successful completion and verification of tasks
- Referral bonuses are credited when your referred friend completes the registration process and pays the registration fee
- Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times apply (details available in your dashboard)
- We reserve the right to verify task completion and user identity before processing payments
- All earnings are subject to platform terms and applicable Pakistani tax regulations
- Withdrawals are processed through Pakistani banking channels or mobile payment systems
4. Third-Party Tasks & Partners
MoneyBhai partners with reputable third-party platforms including:
- CPAGRIP
- Adscend Media
- AdGem
- Other verified partners as listed on our platform
While we strive to work with reliable partners, MoneyBhai is not responsible for the content, availability, or terms of these third-party services. Any disputes regarding third-party tasks should be directed to the respective provider.
5. Platform Rights
MoneyBhai reserves the right to:
- Modify or update these terms at any time with notice posted on our platform
- Suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or suspicious activity
- Adjust task rewards, availability, and registration fees as needed
- Verify user identity and task completion through any means we deem appropriate
- Limit or restrict access to certain features or tasks based on user behavior or location
6. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account with or without prior notice for:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Fraudulent or suspicious activities
- Creating multiple accounts
- Any activity that harms the platform, other users, or our partners
- Failure to comply with Pakistani laws and regulations
In case of termination, all pending earnings may be forfeited at our sole discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
MoneyBhai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for all claims related to the service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the six months prior to the claim.
8. Contact Information
Account Deletion: To request account deletion, please contact our support team with your registered email address and account details. All deletion requests will be processed within 30 days. Upon deletion, all your data and pending earnings will be permanently removed from our system.
